The Challenge
UA.com does not offer preferred sizing for logged in users causing the user to have to select their size on the PDP each time. Currently .com has default sizes selected, causing users to add the wrong item to their cart.
The Goal
If we disable default sizing and enable preferred sizing logic on storefront PDPs and in account settings, then we will drive ATB rate.
On app, there was a +X% CVR increase when a visit had preferred size set compared to visits with a PDP view & +X% AOV increase.
